Diana as been the Tabletop Specialist at the Boelter Companies for eleven years, but she has been in the business of setting tables for nearly four decades. Diana knows that creativity plays an important role when it comes to your tabletop. Whether you’re opening a new facility, buying china for your home, or looking for some refreshing new tabletop ideas, Diana is here to help.
Did you know: Diana has 780 hardcover cookbooks in her house. Her husband calls the custom-made shelf that these cookbooks call home, The Cookbook Condo.
Paul has been with the Boelter team since 2001, and he has worked in equipment sales since day one. Paul dreams refrigerators, freezers, and six burner ranges. Today, he is expanding his expertise with Boelter into our Contract and Design department. When working with foodservice operators on designing their kitchens and choosing equipment, Paul looks for ways to partner efficiency with cost savings.
Did you know: Paul has only three more islands left in the Caribbean to see.
Amy has been a part of the SuperStore team for 3 years, and she became our leader in the spring of 2013. She has worn many hats in her foodservice career—from salad prep, to waitress, to hostess, to outside sales representative. Growing up in the restaurant business and spending years as a mom who loves to entertain; Amy understands the needs of virtually all SuperStore customers.
Did you know: Amy has five daughters, and they are really, really loud.
Josephine has been a Boelter team member for eleven years, both in our inside customer service department and in the SuperStore. She has worked with virtually every facet of the restaurant, hospitality and health care industries. Today Josephine is our SuperStore food buyer, and our resident computer software guru. She keeps things running smoothly for SuperStore customers and staff.
Did you know: Josephine climbed Mount Vesuvius.
Bob has been a part of the Boelter team for twenty-six years. His product knowledge, his ability to solve problems, and his attention to detail make him the team member the team members go to! We call him our janitorial specialist, but really, Bob is our jack-of-all-trades when it comes to cleaning, supply and equipment.
Did you know: on weekends Bob likes to go hiking, read the classics, and latch hook wall hangings.
Sandy became a member of the SuperStore team in October of 2010. Before joining us she was in fixture development and project management at Kohl’s. That means she helped set up the stores and make them easy to navigate. She has an exceptional ability to truly get to know the needs, and desires, of each Boelter customer. She creates shopping environments that are both functional and friendly.
Did you know: Sandy collects stamps, she can fix anything, and she’s fluent in Spanish.
Sarah is the newest member of our SuperStore team—she began working with us in April of 2013—but she’s not at all new to the business. Sarah grew up around the manufacturing side of foodservice, and before coming to Boelter, she was a contract photographer in the industry. She loves photographing chefs and the environment they work in. She anticipates the needs of our customers, and manages our inventory on a daily basis.
Did you know: Sarah once went zip lining with a priest in Jamaica.
Ana found her way onto the SuperStore team in May of 2012. In addition to her job at Boelter, Ana designs and builds theater sets, and she is a professional portrait photographer. She also loves to bake. Creativity is Ana’s thing, and she brings it with enthusiasm to everything she does. Ana loves thinking outside the box, and helping Boelter customers find fun and functional service ideas and solutions.
